Every hour on busywork is an hour your business does not get
- Sorting email, chasing figures, writing the same update again. Work that fills a leader's day and moves nothing forward.
- Twenty minutes a day on one task like that is 80 hours a year. Two full working weeks.
- A good PA helps, but people get tired, miss things and need checking. On repeat work like this, Claude is quicker, works at any hour and does it the same way every time.
None of that work needs you. All of it takes hours that do.
This morning shows you how to hand it over, and you leave with it handed over.
Learn to talk to Claude. Build your workflows. Leave with a plan.
Learn to talk to Claude
How to brief Claude the way you would brief a sharp new hire: what to give it, how to ask, and how to check what comes back. Everything after this depends on it.
Build your workflows
Then you build workflows on your own accounts for the work that eats your week. For example, your inbox sorted each morning, a daily brief with your numbers, or LinkedIn posts in your voice.
Leave with a plan
A 30-day plan with a first step for Monday morning, so the workflows become a habit and keep growing after the workshop.
For CEOs, founders and managers whose time is the business
Leaders in Harare whose hour is worth more than the work filling it, and who still lose part of every day to email, reports and updates.
You do not need technical skills. If you can write an email, you can do everything we build.
- No technical skills needed
- You build on your own accounts, for your own work
- Made for people whose hour costs the business the most

Run by Tinashe Benson, in the room for all 3 hours
I am Tinashe. I build AI systems for businesses. This workshop is the practical version.
It is built on what I did with a CEO here in Harare: first how to work with Claude, then her inbox sorted each morning, a brief with the finance numbers, and LinkedIn posts in her voice. Her whole setup took one three-hour session.
We sit together for three hours and you build on your own accounts while I walk around and help.

You can start on a free account. Some of what we set up, like reading your accounting software through the browser, needs a paid Claude plan, and I tell you which before the day so you can decide.
You connect only what you choose, on your own laptop and your own account. I show you what each setup can see, how to switch it off, and what to keep out of Claude altogether.
Yes. Each person needs their own seat and laptop. You can book up to 5 seats in one booking.
